Kipper

Last Sunday, I went to my daughter's
block party and my niece Susan brought
her puppy Kipper. He is a MaltiPoo..a cross
between the Maltese and a poodle and
definitely a cutie.! I took a picture of
him and had to paint him.! Don't you
just love that face?

  2. Having grandchildren, I am quite aware of a Brit cartoon called Kipper (the dog). Now I have that song running through my head! LOL This Kipper is indeed a cutie! A quite gorgeous piece, Hilda!!

  24. What a cutie:) You've done a fabulous portrait! Reminds me of my Grandma's dog she had when I was growing up, well there were actually 2 but they looked alike, Candy and Sugar:) Hope you showed the owner of Kipper, I'm sure they'll be thrilled.

    Superb the way you have done the hair and face. The puppy seems to be a good boy.
    The painting of Manhattan is difficult to to paint due to the buildings and its windows
