Mckaela

This is Mckaela....she is my son-in-laws niece and such a sweet little girl that was so happy to pose for me.  Painting children isn't too easy, so I used a few photos in order to get that perfect reference picture.  I used Rembrandt as well as terry Ludwig pastels which has wonderful colors for the skin.

  7. Not easy to capture the softness of young skin and you did it so perfectly. The hair is beautifully done and it almost takes attention away from her lovely eyes...almost but not quite!
