Gerry

m
I painted Gerry on Friday at my Long Island Portrait group ....A wonderful model with strong features.  He told us that if someone had told him that he was going to model...he wouldn't have believed them....lol.   I used mostly Rembrandt pastels for this portrait....

  11. He has a very dignified look to him but in a humble way. Your portraits always have a story to them which is what I enjoy the most,it goes beyond the expertly rendered features.

  12. Hilda superb portrait. Noticed on his shoulder the American Flag - was he a veteran? Has the look of a special man who displays great character. You certainly captured him well. Hugs!
