  23. Both this painting and the one of your husband as a child are just beautiful, Hilda. The skin looks so soft like a young child's. You have a real way with pastels.

I know what you mean about few pictures of later children. I was the first of seven and well documented. I was followed by six brothers. By the time my parents had the last few boys, they had little time for photography.

As promised, I will come to you ... I visited your blog. I admit that I am a hypersensitive and your work touches me deeply.
I was also very moved to read all the very nice comments left by your admirers.
The involvement of your talent to create the portrait of my dear little Nathan is a huge success. You went beyond an artistic challenge, because you have captured the sensitivity, gentleness, innocence, maintaining the clarity of his gaze and the freshness of his youth. I sincerely congratulate you.
Respect to details and nuances of color are everywhere.
On the eve of Christmas, I get through to you and your talent is a very nice present admiring my little angel. Especially since this Christmas, it will not be with me ... again a big thank you my dear Hilda.

    Martine
