The Sound of Music

This is my first abstract of a picture
my Nephew found on line for me to
paint. He wanted this painting for
his music room. It's something that
I wouldn't paint normally, but once
I took the brush in my hand, I really
had a lot of fun with it. Someday I
would like to arrange my own
musical instruments creating a
different look......painting with oil..
of course..

  27. Good Morning Hilda!... What a lovely keepsake for your musician nephew!

There are many instruments which make up an orchestra... just as there are many very separate and different voices which make up a choir!

You have dramatically shown here the power of the collective... rather than the simple one voice... in pictorial form! A wonderful... and not so very abstract image as you'd suggest perhaps!

    Good Painting!
    Warmest regards,
    Bruce
